Who we are
Pencil Sketch Design Studio LLP, headquartered at 6th Floor, SS Chambers, Plot No 3-804, Near YSR Statue, behind Midland Bakery, Ayyappa Society, Mega Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081, India. We are an integrated corporate office interior design + build firm. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us via this website.
What we collect
The only place this site collects personal data is the contact form on /contact. When you submit that form we receive the name, company, city, email address, telephone number (if you provide one), project scope, and the free-text message you write. We do not run analytics on this site, set tracking cookies, or run advertising pixels.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a discovery conversation, and — if you become a client — to administer the project. We do not sell, share, license, or rent your data to anyone. We do not enrich it against any third-party database.
Who processes it
The contact form is delivered via Web3Forms, an email-relay service. Web3Forms forwards your submission to our studio inbox and retains a short-lived log for delivery reliability. We do not share your data with anyone else. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which serves the static pages and runs no user-data-handling code on the server side.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set first-party cookies. The browser cache and the site’s service worker store static assets (images, fonts, the JS bundle) for faster repeat visits — no user data is persisted that way. You can clear both at any time from your browser settings.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the duration of the engagement plus statutory retention periods under Indian tax and accounting law (currently 7 years after the financial year of the last transaction). After that it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion via the contact below.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
As a Data Principal under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, request erasure, and withdraw any consent you have previously given. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at arun@pencilsketch.co.in. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page changes. Substantive changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days.
